Decades of experience

Prenatal massage therapy

Enjoy the benefits of custom prenatal massage at Lundquist & Patterson Chiropractic Center, under the trained hands of our professional massage therapists.

While massage can be beneficial at any time of life, massage during pregnancy can make a huge difference in your comfort and happiness. Combining massage with a chiropractic adjustment is both practical and therapeutic for many moms, so your body receives the benefits of both.

During pregnancy your body goes through major changes. Pregnancy massage can help with these changes by reducing stress, decreasing arm and leg swelling, and relieving muscle and joint pain using a more gentle approach. Massage can be particularly helpful at a time when medications and other medical options are more limited.

Using specially designed massage pillows, the therapist will help you into a comfortable face-down position for this relaxing massage, even if you are nine months pregnant.
